The USCIS website is very convenient and easy to navigate. Many of your general questions or concerns regarding applications and standard immigration procedures may be found there.
USCIS also has an automated information line that is available 24 hours a day: 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TDD for the hearing impaired).
However, you are always welcome to contact my office if you would prefer to speak with a member of my staff about those questions and concerns. We are always glad to assist you in any way we can. If there is not a problem with your application, then my office will at least be able to provide you with a status.
